I was contemplating a plan to start a country and was wondering if anyone out there has ever wanted to start their own country? I was also wondering if anyone was interested in it and if anyone has ever put a plan in motion or has a plan to raise funds for a new country? I would just like to here your thoughts on the subject too. Thank you for posting.

i always that the wordl needed a war counrtry. that way, we could just go there and fight and not wreck houses and stuff..................... i suggested part of Africa as its big and theres a lot of suffering going on there........we could buy part of it and help out the people at the same time.

Never thought about that and don't think it would be alot of fun. Think of everything that is here that makes this country run and think of all the things that we don't know about as citizens that make this place run. There is though some country that is building a man made island city. Saw it on National Geographic or something like that. Maybe if ya can find out what country is doing that then you could get some info on it. Good luck on your contemplation...

Texas did. Texas was it's own country for several years until it was annexed by the United States.

Aren't we doing that already in the middle east? Let's wait and see how that comes out and then we can use it as a model for one of our own.

I have the blueprints ready and I have my laws created, everything is ready to go, I am just waiting to get the money to first buy the property and then begin construction on it.

only the people can do it by editing the constitution, look what happened to u.s.s.r., that is possible for any other country in this world. peoples power is democracy.

i think the same sex couples should . that way they could leave the rest alone .and they can have children the natural way if they what to .
