I suggest a 5th choice kick yourself in the @ss and 2 get the laptop back then 4 move.

Well, it would be nice to kill him but that is illegal. You shouldn't ask for a present back once you have given it, proper etiquette, putting a contract on him would cost you more than it is worth. So just move on.

Don't keel...he's not worth however long you'd wind up in jail for doing such an act.
How can you ask for it back if you don't know where he's at??

If it was a gift, there's nothing you can do. You could say that he was going to pay you for it and sue him in small claims court. Learn from it and move on otherwise.
