Curtains are a great inexpensive way to redecorate, just use an expandeble shower rod and rings and the curtain of your choice to match you room.

absolutely not as long as the hardware is hung from the inside of the closet opposed to shower curtain style hanging. Just my personal taste.

the 1st thought is yes, but if you don't have a door then no. but just make sure they are nice and not tacky
