I agree with the yes answers I mean hyou can not judge a place on ignorance. I am Nigerian and my mother took us to leave in turkey when there are like no Nigerians or blacks in that country. My point is there is no such thing as a good place in the world. it just depends were you pick the same thing goes for west africa where in any of the countries? I hope this helps.

There are many countries in west Africa an each one is different. Some of the countries there are definitely not a good place to live with children, but other countries might be ok. You need to gather a lot of information about each country before you made such a big decision. There's a lot of things to consider.

It just depends where in West Africa you want to live in. The best way to find out would probably be to look at the current travel warnings. Even though it is mostly for tourists, it will give you an idea of what to expect in a respective country. Good luck.

No, much of Africa is economically depressed, which is never a good thing for children. Also, the political climate is insecure. I lived in Jordan for two years & believe me, it's better to live in poverty in the US than anywhere else. My child's health did not improve until we returned to the States.

It depends on the country in question. And don't believe everything u hear/read in the media abt conditions in Africa.I know pple here in Canada who have sent their children back to W. Africa because to them that is a better option.Of course they intend for them to return when they grow up.
