CONGRATS!!!! and yes water aerobics is safe for you its actully really good for ur body when your pregnant because as you getting bigger there is more weight on ur body and u get bloody sore everywhere and getting into a pool helps support some of the extra weight relaxing ur muscles and bones better. congrats on ur pregnancy i hope everything goes sooo well for yah!!!

As long as you dont have any medical conditions to interfere, it is great. Being active while pregnant it great for you and the baby, but if you start wanting to get into something more strenuous, check with your doctor first. They may suggest starting slow.
