If you are taking Flexaril or Soma for muscle spasms or Neurotin or Topomax or an SSRI or Tri-cyclic antidepressant, you probably will have to stop these meds, so your sleep may be affected and you muscle pain symptoms may be worse.
Some women actually improve during pregnancy, kind of like women with RA or Lupus improve go into remission during pregnancy only to have symptoms return afterwards.
.The added weight of your belly pulling on back muscles during late term may make muscles spasm worse.
Be sure to eat right and get enough rest.

It depends. Some women find that their fibromyalgia symptoms improve during pregnancy. Depending on whether you currently take meds to help with sleep (i.e. elavil or another tricylclic antidepressant), you may be advised to stop taking your medication during pregnancy. Your doctor should weigh the costs/benefits of continuing your meds during pregnancy.

You will be weak and tired. Eat more and don't worry about your weight, you can lose it after the pregnancy is over.
