I have been working on this issue for the last 15 years. The best books that come to mind right away are Dale Carnegie's "How to win friends and influence people", and some of Ross Jeffries materials on using NLP to influence people (particularly aimed to seduce women, but can be used for anything business too, particularly with women). Jeffries techniques go to the point, although certain methods may be questionable for some people's standards
Best regards

Business By The Book, by Larry Burkett.
This book helps the reader understand spiritual principles of doing business --it's for the business owner, employee, customer, investor, etc. If we want the world to become a better place, and still provide well for our families & employees, we need to agree on basic principles. This book explores standards of right & wrong, employees' rights, employers' rights, and so on. Case studies give examples of situations that did (or didn't) work out.

I just read "How to win friends and influence people" by Dale Carnegie. He has several books on the market and they are very helpful. These books are simple reads and they are very informative.
