It only comes with a clip and a "firewire" (a wire to link it to the computer, which is how it charges) and of course, an instruction guide. There is also a CD that you need to load BEFORE you plug in the ipod. That has itunes on it.

When you download songs, go to the folder they went to, right click and choose "cut," then go to the folder you want them in for itunes, but don't Paste them yet! Go to itunes, go to "File," then choose "Add File to Library." Then go back to the itunes folder and paste them into the folder. Now, when you go back to itunes, all the new songs will be the last songs in the itunes folder (if you paste them first, it will put them all in aphabetical order and they'll be impossible to find). Select all of them at once, then choose "Open" and they will all be put into your library. After that, just highlight and drag them to where it says "'Your name's' ipod." Then voila! They are on your ipod!
