At the end of Children of Bodom's "Follow the Reaper" someone whispers "I was only 21 when I died." It's insanely creepy and really awesome.
And in the middle of their song "Red Light In My Eyes pt 1" there's an almost baroque sounding keyboard interlude. There's another one in their song "Children of Bodom".
Those three are totally my favorite parts of any songs.
If I had to pick one it would probably be the section from "Children of Bodom".
