You always remember them right after you wake up, but as the day goes on, it gets harder to recall what you dreamed the night before.

probably because its not put into ur memory. like how u have temporary memory and permenant memory, and at night its transferred from temporary to permenant. but if it doesnt put it into memory, howre ya gonna remember it. just like when u study and forget.

the reason dreams are so hard to remember is because a dream is what information from the past and the present day are collided together to for dreams and most of the dream is lost do to the deep dream. a hint to remeber a dream is when u wake up drink a glass of cold water always helps me.

I don't know why their hard to remember but some people have a pen and paper right beside their bed. They write down whatever they are remembering as soon as they awake.

A taperecorder would probably work better.

Sometimse I remember them.. But I always have the same dream, so it's easy to remember!

i think this happens because the brain is making room for more important information so that it can make more dreams from your thoughts.

Idk. Thats why i say i will remember my dreams tonight and tomorrow 10 times before i go to sleep. It works sometimes.
