well, you have to be more specific, since the prefferance in temperature is different for everyone. And do you like city-life or country? some cities have lots of younger people, while others are classic, older crowds. I like the bay area, the upscale neighborhoods are really nice, but unaffordable.

I have been to Norway and Denmark..saw no evidence of bugs!
Had a great time!
Enjoyed the people and the weather!
Finland and Ireland and Scotland were delightful, too.
I'd go back to all of them again.
