Starch blocking pills in the diet section of your pharmacy. They keep your body from absorbing all the starches you eat. Exercise every day, even if it's just a walk. Go on a high protein, low carbohydrate diet. Eat fish, eggs, chicken, occasional lean beef or pork, low fat cottage cheese. Stay away from regular cheese, no bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, peas, beans (except green beans). No fruit and no fruit juice (it's sugar water, my dr says). Cut down on carrots and tomatoes (included ketchup). Use mustard instead of mayonnaise in recipes. Eat lots of salads, green vegetables. Salads only have one tablespoon of dressing for the whole salad. No ice cream, or other desserts. 8 glasses of water a day. No caffeine

Not sure if it is the easiest way, but Phentermine is GREAT! I have tried a lot of different pills with all having bad side effects. Phentermine is the only thing that I can take that doesn't make me "jittery" and it is also the only thing that has helped me lose weight. I get full really fast now..After a couple of bites of something I am done. I also drink a lot more water now because it does make me thirsty.

Just follow a strict diabetic diet of 2000 calories a day. I've done it for 30 years. I'm diabetic.

1.) Eat on a smaller plate.
2.) Wear a tighter belt.
3.) Exercise and eat healthy.
The last one is the best, most greatest thing you can do to lose weight.

Get an enema early each morning . After breakfast, vomit. Skip lunch and then vomit again after dinner. Another enema at night and in a year, you will be a size " 0 "
Or you can do what every intelligent person already knows. Eat healthy foods, in moderation and exercise.

Well, it's best to eat healthy, like a lot vegetables and fruits. It's good for you and it may help you to lose weight.

stop the ordering and fast food cook ur own meal that way ur fat *** is getting up to do sumthing and that cautions you to watch what your are eating if you love ur self u wouldnt buy things that would hurt ur body.... and exercise!!!
