Yes.
4 cups assorted berries
1 1/2 cups soy milk
4 oz. fruit yogurt
4 - 5 ice cubes
Combine in a blender and puree. You have now created Magic Berry Smoothie. It will make you feel good if you drink it.

Do you have favorite quartz crystals or favorite stones. One thing I do sometimes is I take certain oils and drip them onto my crystals, say some words (usually rhymes)and let it set for several hours or days, which ever seems right at the time. You can make some powerful oils this way that you can use for special spells.
