No I wouldn't sue but I would point it out to the manager.

if it was a bug or hair or something like that, I would ask for my money back and never go there again. Too many people try to sue for stupid stuff. Go make some money the old fashion way - work for it. Suing for stupid stuff just ruins things and makes the prices go up.

I would confront the manager and depending on how he handled the situation, I might threaten to sue!

Sue, for what? You would n't get anything. I just would let the manager know, and don't go back to the restuartant.

No, I would NEVER eat there again. People sue way too much. Yes, it would gross you out, but it is NOT sue worthy.

I actually found a live roach in my MR.Sub sandwich i was so grossed out by it, in hindsight i should have sued them....but was too young and nice back then....

No, just don't go into the kitchen of your favorite restaurant. If you go in there and see the conditions, you may never go back.
