Boy, I hope not. Nothing's funny about war, uncontrolled gov't spending and not to mention oil prices through the roof. Where's our Energy Policy? Why is there not solar power for everyone in America? Small, poor villages in India have it installed and maintained by uneducated people who cannot read or write.
