You should do what your doctor tells you to do and not come on a website and ask a bunch of strangers.

More than likely you have Mitral Valve Prolapse which I have as well I have the same symptoms and I am 25. It is a scary thing but you need to go through all of the test to make sure, if MVP is what it is you are fine I have it and it is not a big deal if it something bigger than that well then they will fix it, don't worry so much. The dizzy is from low blood pressure so and the rest are all symptoms of MVP, do the test and get them over with you need to make sure I know it is hard I just finished all mine a few months ago so I feel your pain hang in there and it will be fine. Have him prescribe something for the migraines to honey don't live with those they hurt way too much.

You may have a mitral valve prolapse or you could have an arrhythmia. You should have a sonogram of your heart, stress test, and wear the holter monitor for 24-48 hours. All of this will be able to dx a heart condition. An arrhythmia can cause dizziness because when your heart rate is irregular you don't get enough blood enriched oxygen to your brain. There are medications to treat this and you should work with your doc.A murmur is indicative of a mitral valve prolapse and this is a common condition.

Heart murmur has a tendency to reduce the quality and quantity of the blood that pumped from the heart. So the brain is not enough getting an oxygen from the blood and make you feel dizzie. Let your doctor do what he want, because I think it is the best way to find the best solution for your health problem.

that doesnt sound anything like a heart murmur to me , doc said i had that too and wanted me to wear that thing too , i didnt and now im pretty much over the heart murmur . what you have sounds like what the other answerers are saying . heart murmur is just a pain in the chest that can lead to the arms , it doesnt cause you to feel sick etc. .get a second opinion or wear what the doctor said so that he can give you the proper medications and everything.

Quit driving for one. Sounds like your doctor is working on resolving the issues. Sorry you have to go thru this. Have you looked up heart murmurers? I would look it up on www.webmd.com

You should obey your doctor and let them conduct the tests. You cannot get help until they can figure out what is wrong.

Isn't there something like a therapy available for you? Maybe you should go to another cardiologist and see what he says..
