How do you edit glare from a picture?

I was wearing my glasses during the picture and you could see flash thru the glasses. Want to take that glare out. How to do it.

Use a photo editor like Photoshop to fix the image. Usually the little click to one fix will work, but sometimes you have to edit the pixels (little dots in the image) yourself by zooming in.
