try soaking it in water with oxiclean and detergent for an hour, the drain the water and wash them. that should do it.

step one; stop urination from occuring on clothing
step two; wash clothing in good detergent
repeat step two as needed

Any heavy duty detergent should do it.Try 20 mule team borax and add just a little liquid Lysol disinfectant.
