In the 2007 Red Book it is listed at $400.

Most dealers use this book to set prices.

It may be sold for the price of Gold bullion less 10%. You can check the current price of Gold on many Internet sites. It will change some everyday. The case, the certificate and the description are of no value. Unless, of course you can find a sucker that thinks it is nice.So, if the coin is really 99% fine Gold, it may be sold for about 260 US Dollars.

The collector value for such a coin is negligible. It's far more valuable for its base metal content. Gold is very high at the moment. A 1/2 oz coin is worth somewhere in the neighborhood of $400-$600.
