If they never have been changed, and it is missing or hesitating, it wouldnt be a bad idea. They will help your mileage a bit if they havent been changed before. Be sure to gap them correctly though. It cant hurt, Ill put it that way! Hope this helps

depending on what year blazer, if not to old it came with platinum plugs, according to gm do not have to be changed for 100k miles, but if you are having an particular issue,first get it diagnosed and see if that is what it neccesary to fix your problem

How Old??
If you are having problems with engine - probably.
Some have recommendations for 100k but nothing usually lasts the full recommended time anyway.
If you change, do tune up on engine too

i'd say so...it would also be a wise idea to change the spark plug wires, & your distributor cap and rotor too.
