A graphic designer.

If you have a graphic design major on your campus, you should talk to the department head. Perhaps he/she can refer you to a student or a campus club. Or find a nearby college that has graphic design major. Students would love to jump on this. It would be more cost effective than going to a graphic design firm. The student(s) can add this to their portfolio.
