I hope these tips can help you...
*No sweets!
*Eat the tiniest amount of carbs possible (bread, pasta, rice...). That will be what makes the biggest difference.
*Eat loads of fresh fruit, make natural and fresh fruit juices...they're tasty and healthy.
*Try to eat at least 1 good portion of vegetables; try different salads, but avoid sauces and anything remotely greasy.
*Progressively , eat smaller amounts of food (reduce a bit of food in your plate each 3 days, for example...)
*Drink lots of water
*Try to exercise (go for a 45 minute walk with the dog, etc...better yet, try and get paid to walk other persons dogs! exercise and money, it's the best possible combination!)
*If you get hungry, drink water or juice, chew some gum... oh, and if you can get some natural appetite supressants, that may help you.
But don't forget...don't let that some extra pounds (if you have them at that time, which I doubt...) get on your way to have some fun =)

Exercise is the biggest thing to help lose weight and also watch what you eat. I've always went to Lean Cuisines when I needed to lose those extra few pounds. I'll only drink 100% juice or water. Once a week I'll eat a candy bar or a small bag of chips (you need to treat yourself sometimes). Salads but watch out for the dressing.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!
Get started today!

Go to a gym and tell a trainer EXACTLY what you need in 3 weeks. They'll tell you exactly what to do (exercise and food) for your body type. Unfortunately since we are unable to see you, it's best to consult with a professional that can. A workout that worked for me may not be as effective for you and visa versa. Also, a one time consultation with a professional probably won't be as expensive as you think. Good luck.

Fasting would work charms but exercising may be difficult and result in illness due to a weakened immune system. My opinion is that you should just be healthy and at peace with yourself however you look, but I'm from Berkeley, so what do I know.
