by car hops I mean take the orders car side and deliver also

Yeah, A&W and Sonic. Those are the only ones I know of.

In Ohio we have Sonic, and in Kettering there is a A&W Root Beer Stand that has great food cheap.

We have one here in the small town I live in in Ohio. It's an old fashioned Root Beer Stand and they still play music from the old days. It's awesome!

I don't know the total number across the U.S.
In Florida, we have Sonic's. That's one.
