I think he's a great actor, and I act. I mean, he doesn't come across as all profound, and King Kong was little bit of a strange role (which he admitted; he really didn't want to say that "beauty killed the beast" line), but who of you could keep a straight face doing half the things he does? BTW, Nacho Libre? Awesome.

I like Jack Black! I think he's a great actor. I loved Orange County and Shallow Hal.

I don't think he is a bad actor, just different and not particularly a favorite of mine. He is a little bit funny and creative sometimes, but he can also be offensive.

No, King Kong destroyed his career. He's funny enough in stupid comedies, but when he tried to be a serious actor, he failed. He should stick with slapstick comedies to earn a paycheck and not try to be a "serious" actor anymore.

I havn't liked much of his work. He tries to hard to appel to an audaince whhich I think is to small and over-rated. He could be a good actor if he would be more seroius and think before he does stupid movies.

I really do not understand his popularity. He seems like an overacting jerk!
