The hardest manufactured cookie is mine when I forget to put mayonnaise it the batch!
Now for those of you who are saying oh yuck! Let me tell you, if you put mayonnaise in your cookie batter it does 2 things.....the first it will prevent anyone in your household from eating the raw batter because it taste like mayonnaise (hense you get to make more cookies). The 2nd thing it does is it makes your cookies extremely moist and the mayonnaise taste is cooked out during baking.
