Depends on what kind they are and what size. Usually with reptiles the strongest and biggest eat the small, weak animals, even their own kind. But there are acceptions to every rule.
Look up what kind of frogs you have in a book. Books have to be fact checked while anyone can write anything they want on the internet.

Several frogs of similar size and preferably of the same species can be housed together, providing you have a large enough tank. Don't overcrowd your tank or you will run the risk of creating an unsanitary and stressful situation for your frogs.

Yes, I had to green tree frogs, and they were in the same tank. They're social animals.

Yes it is. just make sure that you make sure that the enclosure is wet....but do not us tap water. if you choose to use tap water let it set out for 24 hours the chlorine in tap water will dry them out.
