My white uniform has paint stain. i dont know how to remove it. can i use tinner or anything else? please help me

depending on the paint most paint let it dry and peal it off the more you mess with it the more it spreads and sets in.

If it is dry paint, I'm afraid you're out of luck. Next time, try to get it out while it's still wet.

if its oil paint and a cotton fabric try thinner - if its a water based paint soap and water should do it - if all else fails - use bleach

can't you will just have to paint the whole uniform and no one will notice.
