Sounds like a panic attack to me. Check your respiratory rate and your pulse. If these are elevated (over 20 p/m for respirations and over 100 p/m for pulse at rest), then you may be having a panic attack. Just sit down and count your pulse. The panic attack will fade after a few minutes (they always do). If they occur several times a day and interfere with activities of daily living, you may need to see a therapist.
Another possibility is epilepsy. There are diagnostic tests for this.

It could also be hypoglycemia (low blood sugar). Eat something now. If you are really having dizzies, orange juice and peanut butter. If you can go awhile before getting dizzy, search for dizzy in Yahoo!Answers. This question gets asked about once every one or two days.

could be many things including anxiety or panic attacks.Have a full physical with blood work to rule out medical causes

to not get to personal, you need to check you iron levels as well as make sure you are eating enough calories during the day and not working out to an extreme.

sounds like you need a physical. go to the doctor. it could be diabetes, anemia, low pressure, high blood pressure, cancer, or any other disease. be smart, go to the doctor.
