I'm sure that there would be some commercial value to an infinite supply of pig's blood. So I would select Toy A, then make some business out of selling produced blood to goths and satanic groups.

If I had either one..I'd set it on fire, put it down the garbage disposal...and hope it ends up in the bottom of the ocean to rot for the rest of it's life. No toy is worth either of those two troubles..you have to be kidding.

i'll take the action figure as long as its a barbie or some other action figure of the female gender. No G.I. joes please. While option B may keep you up at night, the first option is just plain gross.
