Baby suffers from severe eczema and needs something that is natural, with no synthetic ingredients and preservatives. Can't be made with milk, corn, oat, nuts, egg, citrus, or wheat. My baby is a good baby and needs help, I tried everything and nothing is working. Please help me if you can, I am out of options.

my daughter also has severe eczema. its so tough isnt it? ive tried everything too. the derm gave me some steroid cream to put on her, but i only use it if she seems just too miserable and itchy. you should try cetaphil. they sell body wash and lotion that you can use on your baby, i have found that to be the least irritating to her skin, and also there is this stuff called aquaphor, its kind of like vaseline that i slather her with twice a day. also only give the baby a bath twice a week. another little tip, if your baby is formula fed, they could have an allergy to the formula. maybe try soy formula and see how that goes. good luck i feel your pain.

I am not sure the ingredients in Aveno, but that is what we use on our baby. The older child uses prescription Elidel, an eczema cream w/out steroids.
