Ok there's this type of eye make up that's way cool I think that the bottom lashes are drawn on.I wish I could shwo you guys a pic!.It's hard to explain but it was big in the mod time.How can I copy these looks?!

twiggy was amazing.
its really easy. jsut get a really good, smudge proof eyeliner and put it to your bottom lashline. draw a really sort little line down. practice until you get the shape right.

Instead of drawing on the lower lashes, try using individual (or clumps of two or three) fake lashes glued along the bottom lash line. These will last all the way through the day without smudging!

get a mirror and try a few looks and see what works.
also: get some fake eyelashes
