put it in an old container...freeze it....then throw it away....(no mess in your trash can)

This can be recycled.....so check with local food outlets to find out how they get rid of theirs. You might have to store it in a large drum until you have enough to be collected.
Personally I dont deep fat fry anything......its sooooooo unhealthy and my lifes too precious to end it prematurely.

If you are allowed to burn in your area. Put the grease on whatever you are burning (leaves, trash, papers, etc.) Then light your fire, but be careful this could cause a big flame.

Put it in a desial engin, it actualy will run a truck, it is not good for your fuel pump but it will burn clean in the engin, Strain with coffy fealters first.

michael is spot on correct. it will burn great in a diesel engine.-but filter it first.
