No video on a abit se6 motherboard?

I can get power to my board and my periphials boot up but I have no video on from my board, I just recived this as a gift. Any ideas?

Are you using the onboard video card or are you using a dedicated card. If you are attempting to use the onboard video then try putting in a dedicated video card. If you are using a dedicated video card now then try putting in a different one or try using the onboard video and see if it works.
