depending on the severity of the scratch or scratches and the sizes & where they are located they can be buffed out, howerever you can buy touchup paint and your dealership or auto body store this is usually cheaper then have car repainted

depends how deep,

If scratched just on the surface, it can be buffed out by a body shop

but normally people scratch to bare metal so you are lloking at a complte paint job on that side of the car

Get a new paint job.

They can sand the scratches and primer it, then paint again. No more scratches.

if you can go over the scratch with your fingernail and it catches in the scratch,you need to get it painted. if you go over it and you cant catch your nail in it,it can be wet sanded and buffed out
