ok so i have this awards assembly at like 8 pm. can anyone tell me what I should wear? give me opinions or anything. THANK YOU !!!!!!

is a skirt ok or does it have to be a dress? and are pants ok too?

Okay now. If you are okay with being a little girly, wear a denim skirt or floor length skirt in some summer color. Otherwise choose some nice white jeans, and tie either a lavender or pink scarf around the waist as a flowy belt. Wear either a tank or tight tee in some neutral color, and layer with either a cute wraparound top, sweater (depending on the temp in your area) or a 3/4 th sleeve top. if it is a really jazzy top, tie your hair back in a with maybe a little cute accessory, but if it is toned down go for a more in sync look. about makeup, girls who overdo it at public functions look silly...keep it simple and nonshowy. maybe some toned down eyeshadow and some lip gloss. i can't tell you how UNDERDOING it really makes you look AWESOME. :-) oh, and for shoes, some high sandals or white dress shoes with a pointy heel. throw in a nice looking necklace (diamond? diamond look-alike?! :-) ) and some earrings, and you will shine!
ALSO--remember that its not the clothes that make the girl, its who she is inside. keep that in mind, and you'll look great no matter what you wear. good luck tonight!! :-)

honey a skirt and a pretty blowse with comfortable design shoes that u could wear if the was an after party with freinds or wanted to go out and celebrate. a nice lady suit would be appropriate just follow the color pattern.dont wear nothing to bright[cus then honey ull stand out like a sore thumb]dont wear nothing to dull[cus then nobody will notice you]aslo remeber dont wear nothing to fancy remeber this is an award night you are getting noticed for u not what u wear,so keep it nice and simple but also DO NOT WEAR BLUE JEANS honey thats an absolute no,no,no.have fun and good luck

no pants and no skirts wear something flirty with no clevage showing and nothing floral wear a short reg dress

semi-casual dressing might work.pin-striped pants are good with some open-toed heels and a casual top and some accessories to go along.

If It's kinda dressy, wear something you can turn casual in case you go out with friends.
If it is casual wear somthing you can turn dressy in case you misread the invite

black stiletto heels, a dress that reaches up to you feet (any color u want), and dangling diamond earings, a matching necklace, and a black shrug.
