Sisters of Mercy, Cruxshadows, Siouxsie and the Banshees, The Cure, Qntal, The Cocteau Twins, Joy Division, Bauhaus/Peter Murphy, New Order (some), Paralysed Age. 10 exactly. Although I consider 'goth' to be highly subjective, and you can find goth in places you wouldn't usually think to look. "Strange Fruit", Billie Holiday. The Velvet Underground. The Smiths. Leonard Cohen. Not 'officially' goth, but it has dark and dramatic undertones prevalent in gothic music. So it's all a matter of perspective and outlook, and, really, isn't that what goth was about in the first place?
