get a shimmery black ( or whatever color really....) powder shadow. mac has the best. make a thick line on the top lid and also do the bottom...but thinner. also line the inside of the bottom lid. then apply the shimmer color on top of it and blend it. it will be smoky and shimmery and sexy!

Speaking as a guy, just don't overdo it. Nothing is less attractive than a girll with ring around the eye. It may be fashionable, but if you haven't noticed, a lot of fashion is flat out ugly. Go for class, its the sexiest look you could have.

Go for sex cat eyes
Apply eyeliner going up and out if you have brown eyes: a brown or black, blue eyes: dark blue or black, green eyes: black
you can apply on bottom too for a dramatic affect. Also burn your liner from a distance so it gets a little soft not melting though..the liner glides on smoothly..

use a thin line on the bottom of ur eye lid in a dark color, such as navy or black. then smudge this line and apply a line underneath your eye going from the middle to the outer edge. then, use a shimmery or metallic liner in a contrasting color above the line on ur lid. some great color combos are:
1. black/gold
2. navy/silver
3. brown/shimmery pink
the color of ur liner also depends in ur eye color. of course, black and brown look good with all colors, but here are some more creative ones.
brown eyes: dark brown/baby blue
green eyes: black/gold
blue eyes: black/cream
hazel: honey/greenish-gold

Try a smokey eye with nude lips. Try the revolving eyeliner no sharpening needs and it glides on with little needed pressure.

Don't draw a straight line. Smudge it. This makes it look more natural.
