Kawasaki Vulcan Drifter - you want a 1998 or 1999, big bore bike (no 800cc) - in 2000 they started using chrome instead of black so it just looks like a V-twin with skirted fenders.

The drifter. It was designed to do exactly that, make people think of the old indian. When it was being designed, Kawasaki had legal teams involved so that they could fight any copy-right infringment legal battles.
