If you live in a town that is a popular tourist destination, what, if anything, irritates you when tourist season begins? I live in Williamsburg, VA and for me it's the drivers who obviously don't know where they are going and either drive 10 miles under the speed limit or cut off three lanes of traffic to turn into the outlet malls!

Thanks, I think I represent that remark being lost in Williamsburg a couple of times myself.
But the really annoying thing is the people from out of state who think that we, who are locals, should just stay out of their way.
Tourists should try to blend in and not make obvious A$$holes out of themselves. I remember visiting Finland once and have someone ask me for directions. lol - I had to reply I'm just visiting myself.

I live in Fl ....used to be tourist season meant money...now it means the road work begins

Growing up in Ketchikan Alaska- I would DREAD tourist season (April-September). The people off the cruise ships would just stand in the middle of our downtown roads and take pictures of our CARS!! It's like they expected us to all be on dogsled or something.
Then- they would ask the lamest questions....
"Do you accept American money here?" -duh! 49th U.S. state
"When are the whales on?"- Um, this isn't SeaWorld!! There's no schedule!!

the tourists staring @ the packer stadium and taking pictures like it's a shrine-- It's just a building people.

well were lucky here in new jersey we don't have a tourist season we only have two seasons winter and construction season
