I met a cute guy but I just have seen him twice, the other day I got really mad because i propose to see during the weekend but he was very busy, so I told him that he knows where to find me if he's really interested on me bacuase most of the time I was the one who was looking for him, so answer me I promise u on monday. He knows he likes me a lot so what going in his mind.

Most people, not just guys but everyone, are very confused about what they want, which is why when they get it they're not any happier.
You sound sure he likes you, but are you sure?
you sound like you made it very clear to him that you like him, but does he really know?
If you like each other, and your sure about that, then perhaps he has other priorities, such as work, that he has been trained to attend to before indulging in the pleasures of intimacy, so you must be patient and indulge him when he is available. If he likes you enough, after a little while he will devote more time to you, when you want him to.

You were to agressive after only meeting twice. By this time I'm saying this as passed and you have found somone else see if things are meant to be they will come to you.
Never be the agresser remember this through life it will always work to you advantage.
