Well, that was really nice of you to invite him and give him a chance. He blew it. Don't invite him back. Stay clear of him, but if you run into him, avoid trouble and just be polite, but don't engage him in conversation.

Sorry I don't know what FIAsHeD means...which makes me feel old.
But my advice is definetly tell your parents if they don't already know.
Then, try to find out if there is a mediation organization in your area. Mediation can be found for free in many communities especially for young people like yourselves, your school may even have a program (but since it is summer check the yellow pages).
A mediator (who is neutral) will sit down with you and the kid that was bugging you and talk about what happened. S/he will help you guys talk about what happened that day and what you want to see happen in the future. You will get to hear his side right from his mouth so you don't have to guess at why he did what he did. Then you get to tell him how and why you were mad. Then hopefully you will have a better understanding of what happened and the two of you can talk about how you want to deal with each other in the future.
Good luck!

i've got faith your soreness...perhaps no longer for the clingy guy area, yet because of the fact the guy who can no longer tell somebody to leave me on my own, (cept in a diverse way) lemme see if i can help. He may well be clinging to you on account which you are the only guy or woman he particularly knows, and would not choose to be on my own...attempt looking him another pals (and want that they are the type which could set him immediately without hurting him) once you're reallly desperate, see a counselor. on no account tried it, yet whilst worse includes worse, you will might desire to. Be mean no longer rapidly. locate yet another table for your self to take a seat down at and top off all the spots someway. forget approximately approximately him for each week, no count what. Or in case you are able to no longer try this, if he says some thing, forget approximately approximately him, and if he does some thing like call your call, purely shake your head no. sounds harsh, and it is harsh, yet he's hurting you badly. in case you are able to no longer tell him he's faulty he will shop bothering you. Ask him to be greater considerate, or you will ...do some thing (make it lifelike although) perhaps he likes you...tell him you do in comparison to him perhaps? besides, shop us as much as date and let us know what happens! thank you!

the kid is probably of of two things- they have adhd in which case feed him a but load of fruit for the natural sugar and than it may have the reverse effects on him so they'll calm down or they may be gay and in the closet or have some sort of problem with shyness and has now reverted to doing everything they can not to think about their insecurity- so talk to the kid about his life and find their secret and help them deal with it or you'll keep getting the monkey

He's looking for attention. He probably has a crush on someone who was there and didn't know how to act. A way to deal with him is to be nice but not TOO nice otherwise he may get the wrong idea. Deal with him calmly or he might get angry.

Puberty ROCKS!! I remember that. I was terrible. I was mean to all the girls that I liked. I had lots of energy. He needs to go to a YMCA or boys club and get into sports or something; and stay away from people!!!

deep down you really like him and maybe it's yours friends that are brainwashing you to think he's crazy. If he's done all those things to you, why involve your friends? and secondly, if your only 13, why is a boy in your room?

First of all, don't invite him to your party. Just ignore him, he's just trying to get a response out of you. If that doesn't work, there are always restraining orders. : P
