When we were in high school, my sister and I didn't get along. She is a year younger than me and wasn't very popular. I had a lot of friends and she was always jealous of me. She once called me a whore in a fully loaded hallway because I was walking with a couple guys (who were just friends!) and everybody was looking. Not only did that hurt because it came from my sister, but it was also pretty embarrassing!
PS- We're pretty close now, so it's all good!

I have had MANY rude and hurtful things said to me, but I think that the most hurtful are the comments that people make on physical deformities. I mean, its not like you can do anything about them, sometimes. THAT hurts!

The most hurtful thing anyone has said to me...
I was arguing with them and they bashed my son who was a baby at the time. It unleashed a side of me they never wanted to see again. I slugged her in her face and we ended up in a fist fight. I can handle things that people say to or about me but don't mess with my kid!

There isn't any one thing in particular, however, catching someone in a lie, then they deny it when I know better, has a tendency to disturb me deeply. I have a pretty thick skin, so I let people vent, then examine why they felt compelled to say them.

My best friend of years, knowing every detail of my life and secrets, told everyone about things that had happened to me while I was at a party. She and her fiance posted it on the internet, and wrote and published a song dissing me.

"You're just a fat little bucktoothed wimp who no one will ever want to be with. You're such a weird little geeky kid! Who cares what you think?" This was from my now ex-best friend when I was nine, and it was only one of many speeches she made to me while she had me locked in a bathroom.
