you don't need separate account ( Internet Service Provider) to connect with Yahoo,you can use any browser..and some of the services offered by Yahoo are at gratis,use wisely you will be benefited with it without spending money in buying software..

Why no longer fix internet Explorer? you could attempt downgrading. whether it truly is IE7, uninstall it in "upload and eliminate courses". this could positioned you back to IE6. If it now works attempt yet another improve to IE7, or IE8. Or it truly is an endemic has tousled IE. Do a test with Malwarebytes or SuperAntiSpyware.
