On Ebay. My brother has purchased cases of butterfly knives here in california through ebay. It's not illegal. Search for knives that advertise fake blades, dull blades, etc.
Also try China town in downtown los angeles.

right near the florida community bank near se 2nd st. in cape coral, there is a dollar store that has a foot long one for $22!!!!

im not postive but if u have a sports chalet near by our maybe a camping store i would try there.....
