As several have suggested, a good education is the best investment. A college grad has a decided increase in earnings potential---it increases dramatically with each level of education attained. While you are a student, you may have to make some compromises (like living w/ parents, not having a car, etc.) to get you thru the "student" years.

If you aren't the college type, then consider vocational training---something in health care or learn a trade; electrician, carpenter, etc.

Good luck, keep trying---you have to go get it, it doesn't come to you!

1. Get an education.
2. Get a job in a union that promotes based on seniority, so that you'll rise up through the ranks regardless of your performance (this kind of job is good for money but you'll end up being miserable because everyone in your workplace is so lazy).

you could ask partyguy if you could work with him since you do not have to know how to spell to do what he does.......the job wont fall in your lap, you have to get out and find it. Are you willing to relocate?

Education helps, and sometimes a little luck does too.
