He's really polite to his workers but he's sort of a jerk when it comes to helping out his employees when bad stuff occurs. Like Eddie Guerrero? Owen Hart? The WWE should have a Drug policy that forcively takes out any wrestler for roid usage or in eddie case illegal narcotic usage... into rehab or fired. BUT VINCE WANTS PROFITS and without the "Superstars" wrestling isn't as good as it has to be... (it sucks now) and with owen failed miserably having "PROFESSIONAL STUNT CO-ORDINATORS" instead of some hee haw yokles set up a HIGHLY FATAL stunt that has never been done before... The WWE in my opinion is so boring to watch with the same old gimmicks used now for the past 10 years... YOU need to stop the drama b.s and work on some actual wrestling events that cut it and are fresh. AND FOR GOD SAKES TAKE CARE OF YOUR WRESTLERS, even thou most of them now don't have any intelligence to even speak let alone eat their own food without someone else chewing it for them.

Vince is a great guy when the cameras are off. He's always telling jokes and laughing. If they made a reality show about his family I would definitely watch.
