laissez faire capitalism, although some would say the "laissez faire" makes the phrase redundant

Since businesses require government legislation to enforce conformity with legal and social standards of behaviour, a system that allows people to run any sort of business however they like would be anarchy.Thats how drug dealers,criminals and all sorts of antisocial business people make their living.
