Regarding the American Civil War, at Gettysburg...?

1st Minnesota was the right answer, they saved the Union line at that point in the battle. This was after one of the Union Corps commanders inexplicably advanced into the Peach Orchard and Wheatfield, thus weakening the cemetery ridge round top defensive line...what an idiot.
