I have three. The first is a Yahoo account that only friends and family have the address to. The second is a Yahoo account that I use when I sign up for e-newsletters and such. I get a lot of junk in that one. And the third is an account from my college. That one is used for school-related correspondence only. If I only had one address, it would be a pain to sort though it every day!

I have three accounts.
I use yahoo email because its the most used and common. Plus when I sign up for yahoo answers, they give you an email account anyway, so its pretty much given to you.
I use gmail cuz I originally used it for its 2 gig email space. I can sync it up to Outlook Express for FREE since yahoo actually makes you pay for it. So the convenience is there and its a damn good service.
I also have an account that just comes with my Cable company. You sign up for cable, they give you a free email address. I hardly use it, but why give it up if its free =) It also syncs up to outlook so it feels like I'm only using one account.

I have 3 email addresses. The reason being is variety. For instance I use one as my primary email address, then I use yahoo as my fantasy sports address and other stuff like logging onto questions. My other address is for business, I don't like mixing business with my regualr life.

I have two yahoo and optusnet.I like it as sometimes comps wil not accept a non secure server,.Also if one mailbox goes down you have another to send emails to fix the problems etc.

I have two. The first one is for my personal communications with friends and family. The second one is for ordering on line, I do not want to mention my personal e-mail for on line stuff. It avoids spam!

I don't mind having 3, but i wouldn't want anymore than that. I used to only have one but then I got one for work and also when I signed up for yahoo I got one there too...
So, I'd say that having 3 is good...
