My parents were racist..and I grew up that way...all i can say is I'm alot more open minded then they were and my daughter wont grow up hearing the things I did and will hopefully be even more open minded.

I've seen several questions and responses regarding racism, most about Black people. When are the citizens of the USA going to get over it. We got Bin Laden, and others wanting to wipe us all off this planet and some of you are still hung up on an American's skin color. Can't you let it go and move on, focus on us being American and human. Blacks are here and are going to stay here and there's not 2 oz of difference between any of the races. PLEASE MOVE ON AND GET A LIFE.

Ignorance and fear are two major factors
regarding Prejudices and Bigotry.
as well as misinformation, and bad upbringing
the perception of being threatened, not as good as, or better than...
Since you don't provide examples, I refer to bigotry and prejudice which is what people are often alluding to when they use the word racist as it relates to individuals.
